Magic Mango
Privacy
This page explains how Magic Mango collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information. It also covers your rights over your data and how you can manage your privacy settings while using our site.
Responsible Gambling
Gambling should always be a form of entertainment, not a way to earn money or solve financial problems. If you feel your gambling is becoming hard to control, help is available.
You can set several tools directly from your account dashboard:
- Deposit limits: Restrict how much you can add to your account over a day, week or month. - Loss limits: Cap the amount you can lose in a set period. - Session time limits: Automatically log you out after a chosen number of minutes. - Reality checks: Receive pop-up reminders showing how long you’ve been playing. - Cooling-off periods: Temporarily pause your account for 24 hours up to 6 weeks. - Self-exclusion: Close your account for a minimum of six months, during which you cannot reopen it or create a new one.
All reductions to limits take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour waiting period to give you time to reconsider.
Warning signs of problem gambling include chasing losses, lying about how much you gamble, feeling restless when trying to cut down, or gambling to escape stress. None of these mean you’ve failed. They mean it’s time to reach out.
Independent, free and confidential support is offered by organisations like GamCare, BeGambleAware and Gambling Therapy. You can also use national self-exclusion registers such as GAMSTOP where available. These services do not judge. They listen and help.
Magic Mango does not allow anyone under 18 to register. We verify age and identity during sign-up and may request documents again if needed. If you share a device with minors, consider installing blocking software like Net Nanny or K9 Web Protection to restrict access.
Terms and Account Rules
Only adults aged 18 or older may open an account, and only one account per person is allowed. You must also be in a location where online gambling is permitted.
When you register, we ask for basic personal details. Before your first withdrawal, we will ask for proof of identity and address as part of standard verification (KYC). This protects both you and us from fraud.
Bonuses come with terms: wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry dates and caps on how much you can cash out from bonus funds. Attempting to abuse bonuses, such as by creating multiple accounts or exploiting system errors, will result in offers being voided and possible account closure.
Accounts inactive for 12 months may be classified as dormant. We will contact you before applying any dormancy fees.
Fair play matters. Collusion, using bots, card counting in live dealer games, or disputing legitimate deposits via chargebacks are all prohibited and may lead to account termination.
If you have a complaint, contact our support team first. If unresolved, you may escalate it to the relevant regulatory authority overseeing our operations.
We may update our terms occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on the site before they take effect.
Data Collection and Use
We collect four types of data:
- Identity information: name, date of birth, address. Needed to confirm you’re eligible and prevent fraud. - Contact details: email, phone number. To send account updates and respond to queries. - Payment information: transaction history, payment method tokens. Required to process deposits and withdrawals securely. - Technical and usage data: IP address, device type, pages visited. Used to improve site performance and detect suspicious activity.
We process this data because it’s necessary to run your account, meet legal obligations (like anti-money laundering rules), and protect our service from misuse. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your information may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulators. But only as needed and under strict confidentiality agreements.
Records are kept for five years after account closure, as required by law for audit and compliance purposes.
